Refund policy
All refunds must be requested by phone or e-mail within 15 days of receipt of item(s). A sales receipt # must be given with the refund request.
An RMA # must be obtained for all returns. The RMA # must be printed on the outside of the return shipping box or envelope. A copy of the receipt with the RMA# written on it must be included with the returned item(s)
All items for return must be in unopened condition in the original packaging. The items must be in new/unused condition, NO wear or tear is ACCEPTABLE. Persons returning items showing any use, or not in original packaging, including all instruction and care manuals and spare parts, forfeit their right to refund.
The buyer will pay all return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee (exchanges may be excluded from restocking fee). There are no refunds for shipping costs.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments due to shipping carriers. Item(s) for return/refund must be received by The Lunatick Fire and EMS Store™ within 5 business days from the end of the return period to be eligible for refund. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Refunds for services will not be issued except in the case of defective merchandise.
For items refused, unclaimed or undeliverable you are only entitled to a refund if requested. The request for refund must be made within 30 days of the item being returned to sender. That refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and any return postage costs (FedEx and UPS charge return shipping fees). If you want the item(s) redelivered after it is returned to us you will have to pay any return shipping costs and the reshipping costs. We are not responsible for customers who enter an incorrect address or do not pick up a shipment after delivery attempts are made.
Clarification on new/unused condition:
Most of our items are for use on Patients and come in contact with infectious materials. Any item that has been used on a patient cannot be returned. If defective it can be exchanged for an identical item. If any Blood, bodily fluids or materials that can carry pathogens or damage to the item are found on the item for return the customer will forfeit their right to refund(s). In addition criminal charges may result from sending bio-hazardous materials through the postage system.
Please note that not all items will exactly match the image shown, images are provided by the manufacturers. As products change they do not always update the images given to us. When known differences exist they are listed in the product description.
