Officially known as a 2 pocket Ammo pouch but in EMS we find other uses for it. In NYC*EMS it is used by many EMT’s as a BP cuff holder for their belt. It fits all sizes of BP cuffs including XL (will only fit 1 cuff comfortably though) Also makes a nice first aid kit pouch.
